파 타 카 라 운동은 입을 크게 벌리고 「 파 」 「 타 」 「 카」 「라 」 로 발음하고 턱을 움직여 입술이나 혀를 움직여 구강 기능을 높입니다.
「 파타카라 체조 」
「 파 」 ••• 입술을 터트리듯이(최불암 파!)
「 타 」 ••• 혀끝을 윗니 뒤에 붙이듯이 씩씩하게
「 카 」 ••• 혀의 안쪽을 목구멍에 붙이듯이
「라 」 ••• 혀를 둥글게
★ 침샘 마사지
● 귀밑샘 마사지 귀
앞에 손가락 2~3개로 원을 그리듯이 약 10회 마사지 합니다.
● 턱밑샘 마사지
턱 라인의 안쪽의 패인 부분을 5회 정도 누릅니다.
● 혀밑샘 마사지
턱의 밑에 양손의 엄지로 10회 정도 누릅니다
